How It Works
Read more about how we operate at FEAT and what you can expect from your free week trial, all the way to becoming a regular member.
- Free Week Trial
- We believe that you'll love FEAT so much, that before we ask for any monetary commitment, we let you come and experience an entire week with FEAT to show you why you'll love it so much.
- FEAT Accountability Model
- FEAT is unique because we are big believers in support through accountability. Through our personalised accountability model, you'll always be in communication with your trainer, this starts with your weekly Sunday text to book in your training days for the week.
- Training at FEAT
- All our training sessions meet in the park and we provide mostly everything you'll need for the session. You may want to bring your own water bottle or face towel. All our sessions are different and you can read more about our variety of our sessions below.
- Going Away?
- We don't have lock in contract periods or limited holidays in our memberships. If you have a holiday booked, or away for a period of time, you can simply freeze your membership to only pay for the weeks you're here training
Our Workouts
FEAT Fitness are the outdoor experts. Training outdoors is different to the sterile and controlled indoor gym environment, and this is why so many people love it. With over 15 years of training people outdoors we truly know how to make the most of our varied environment. Our FEAT workouts are Fun, Varied & Connected, you'll gain so much from our sessions than just reaching your goals, we'll hit these too!
Equipment
Our equipment sessions are a foundational part of our FEAT Training system. Integrating the whole community into these dynamic training sessions, you can expect the unexpected. Never doing two sessions the same, the training variety in our program is born and bred from these equipment sessions. The primary equipment we use is Kettle Bells, Barbells, Dumbbells & Slam balls. But we also introduce our complementing extras such as battle ropes, power bands, skipping ropes, agility equipment & sandbags.

This is bodyweight training, but it is far more than you know it to be. There is minimal equipment with maximal movement. Sessions often start with group play, followed by plenty of functional movement patterns and team workouts that result in greater joint range of motion and plenty of connecting to your training community.
Read MoreBoxing
Always one of the most popular sessions in a training week. A FEAT Boxing session does not only gives you the opportunity to punch away any stresses with a muscle-burning and lung-busting boxing session. But it is also always a fun session with plenty of laughs.
Read MoreStrength & Stability
Our Strength & Stability sessions are essential for individuals of all fitness levels. It focuses on the correct activation of local stabilizing muscles and includes our deep core muscles and glutes, this is great for injury prevention. Exercises are completed in a controlled, precise manner to ensure good technique, effectively retraining motor patterns. One of the best aspects of a Strength & Stability session is that it is adaptable and can be modified for a range of fitness levels from the beginner to the elite athlete. Finally, Strength & Stability is a form of exercise where you should feel like you have worked each part of your body but still leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for the rest of the day.
