FEAT Fitness is more than just a fitness session it’s a whole community. I moved to Maroubra over 2 years ago and it was joining FEAT which really made Maroubra home. The sessions are interested and varied and whilst they are in groups the trainers really understand me as an individual; what drives me, what my constraints are and how I can best hit my goals.

I have trained with many different gyms and outdoor groups over many years. All have been great, but FEAT is among the very best. Outdoor training is invigorating and it is inspiring to train immersed in nature, watching the sun rise and the birds wake. The FEAT trainers are all wonderful - fun, encouraging, realistic, knowledgeable, caring. They go over and above to make you feel welcome and to check on your progress. The range of equipment is excellent - lots of variety. I particularly like training with Y-Bells, which FEAT incorporates into sessions. FEAT training is for anyone, at any level of fitness. Come join us!

Feat Fitness is an enjoyable fitness group that I am thankful that I found. 6 months ago I was struggling to be motivated to exercise, however Feat Fitness changed all that, and I am now at the point where I love training. I love that there are people of all ages and people at different 'exercise levels'. I always feel included and the trainers and fellow trainees are very supportive. I have lost 12kg since joining Feat Fitness 6 months ago, and am looking forward to smashing more health/fitness goals.

Nothing but great things to say about this company. - The trainers are enthusiastic and encouraging - The equipment is varied and great quality, med balls, Y-bells, Barbells, dumbbells so you don't get bored or need to buy them for home workouts - Training in the park has great mental health benefits beyond the gym - The variety of sessions which includes the option for pilates and guided long runs really adds value beyond just a bootcamp - Probably most important for me, they really focus on form and avoiding injury/training well Overall, I really appreciate their professionalism and genuine dedication and interest in keeping people happy, fit and healthy. Which included overnight switching to an online program during COVID and then immediately switching back when restrictions eased, something they could have just not done to avoid all the extra work. Really delighted I found this group local to me, highly recommend.

Would recommend for the post-COVID Chubb, gathering great community environment keeps you coming back. My partner and I both do the morning class before work and we feel a lot better after months of inactivity watching Netflix. Staff are great, Barton, Al and Lance.

Amazing group of people to train with! Supportive, motivating and real! Have tried a few different excercise things and training here in the mornings is the best! Rain hail or shine - this crew is down to earth and the trainers have a good sense of humour which is always needed👌🏼if you are a beginner and don’t like much cardio excercise, they support you and can give you options. Also can support rehabilitation and injury training too. Cos down and give it a go!
