Why train in the morning?

Why train in the morning?

There is something so powerful about starting your day with a commitment to yourself and to your health. It can take discipline and commitment to make this happen and get up when your alarm goes off. But much like a muscle, these two attributes get stronger the more you use them.

Maroubra Beach

Maroubra is such a beautiful location to be training outdoors. With the ability to run sessions on both the sand and grass, you'll never be bored with the variety of sessions FEAT provides.
