'Super running coach Rob', as he is formally known, not only keeps the wheels on the metaphorical bus but is also an avid & passionate runner. Rob would explain himself as an accidental runner, running his first half marathon back in 2010. After the experience, Rob jumped straight in to tackle his first Oxfam 100km event and from that day his love of Ultra Running was born.
Having tackled Oxfam 100km 5 times and UTA100km 3 times (registered for his 4th in 2020). Rob's philosophy is that everyone can get involved, running is not about being the fastest, rather it’s about enjoying it. Great trails, great company and great food on your run are all essentials.

We are so lucky to have our FEAT from Home training sessions up and running!
FEAT from Home is the FEAT Fitness solution to ensure the community can still stay fit, healthy and sane whilst the current restrictions in place to help flatten the curve and get on top of the spread of COVID-19. Currently there are no group outdoor FEAT sessions in any of our public locations until further notice, but FEAT From Home provides a platform to still interact with your trainer and community via Zoom to keep the interaction and human element of training alive.
These hard times are hitting everyone. We have said this a lot recently, but together we stand strong. The flat road does not make for a strong runner, the same way an easy life does not build a strong person.
These times are not permanent and when we look back at this period in history, on the other side of these crazy times, you will be able to say that you were a part of the solution!
Everything aside - the training does not stop!
