FEAT Lives by Our Core Values

I am still running off a high from last week's 3rd Birthday Boxing session down in Rushy. There is nothing better than having the people who train with us week in and week out, in all different locations, coming together to have a hit out. One thing I have walked away with from the weekend is a reminder of how much I love what we are working towards as a training community. Simply, our aim at FEAT is to create, nurture and sustain a great community of people who love training together and who build an ongoing exercise habit rain, hail or shine.

Our 5 Core Values are designed to keep this front and centre of mind. Meaning we are aiming for the entire culture of our business to be in line with these values from top to bottom. Our Core Values are:

FUN - Our aim at FEAT is to create an environment for people to play and ultimately have more FUN. We believe that fun through play is your gateway to full self-expression and a true, fulfilling way of being.

EMPOWERING - We believe that life is about climbing your mountain as you empower those around you to take the challenge and climb theirs. The best way to empower those in your life is to have the people around you EMPOWERING you.

ASPIRATION - Aspiration, followed by action, is what makes the invisible joys in life visible. By aspiring to go beyond our perceived limitations, there is an unconscious and automatic growth that you have as a person.

TRAINING - This is where the magic happens! Not only do you get a great workout, but at TRAINING you get to actualise as human beings two states of being – being together and being in nature. We connect to the community of people around us by pushing through together and tackling the challenges of the training session.

COMMUNITY - Through support and accountability is what defines us at FEAT. We get that environment is more important than will. By creating a space where people come together each day is the road to success. Having like-minded individuals lifting you up will change the trajectory of your path so much faster than anything you can will yourself

We were made to move. Not just individually but with the people around us. We know conclusively that it is good, close, quality, stable and authentic relationships that create long term happiness. So this week our challenge is simple; say hi to someone at training. Talk to someone new. Partner up with someone that you have not been with before. Let's keep this 'hum' and make our training community a true expression of happiness and humanity!
